Oligo(dT)15 Primer is suitable for the use of a primer for first-strand cDNA with a reverse transcriptase. The primer hybridizes to the poly(A) tail of mRNA. Random Primers can be used for first-strand cDNA synthesis and cloning; they are also available as components of the Universal Riboclone(R) cDNA Synthesis system (Cat# C4360) and the Reverse Transcription System (Cat# A3500). The primers are random hexadeoxynucleotides.The EcoRI Adaptors consist of two part complementary oligonucleotides: a 16mer and a 123mer phosphorylated at the 5'-end. The oligonucleotides are provided annealed in equimolar concentrations in water. The ecoRI Adaptors are designed to attach EcoRI "sticky" ends to blunt-ended DNA.
