GoTaq® Amplification family includes GoTaq® Dna Polymerase which is a proprietary formulation of Taq Dna Polymerase that gives robust amplification.
To a user it comes under various options -
a) GoTaq® Flexi DNA Polymerase - comes with GoTaq® Dna Polymerase, MgCl2, 5x Green reaction buffer and 5x Colorless reaction buffer. Separate vial of MgCl2 aids in optimization enzyme and magnesium concentration and hence offers flexibility to the user.
b) GoTaq® DNA Polymerase - comes with GoTaq® Dna Polymerase, MgCl2 at a concentration of 7.5 mM, 5x Green reaction buffer and 5x Colorless reaction buffer.
c) GoTaq® Green Master Mix, 2X - comes with premixed GoTaq® Dna Polymerase,dntps, MgCl2 & Green reaction buffers along with Nuclease free water.
d) GoTaq® Colorless Master Mix, 2X - comes with premixed GoTaq® Dna Polymerase,dntps, MgCl2 & Colorless reaction buffers along with Nuclease free water.
